We ship every bottle from Richmond, Virginia. Here's what to expect when you order HOYEHH chili oil.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order from your account page.
Shipping Costs
USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail rates are calculated at checkout from your ZIP, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Orders of $50 or more ship free (USPS Ground Advantage, 5-7 business days). If you're in a Richmond-area ZIP, you'll also see a $2 local drop-off option that arrives in 1-2 business days.
Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders ship automatically based on your selected frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). Shipping costs for subscriptions are the same as one-time purchases.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.
