HOYEHH chili oil is a food product, so once an order ships we can't take it back or issue a refund. If a bottle is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll send a free replacement.

Lost or Damaged Bottles

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
